In Korean, how do you say such words as "Uh.." "Umm.." "Like..." etc?

In English, when we dont know what to say, for example when we are trying to find a word, we say things like, uhh, umm, you know, like, well, ahh etc.
What are the Korean equivalents? anyone who can give me a lot of examples with the best english equivalents, thank you very much!

i know of 旮€鞄? sometimes i hear koreans say in the middle of their sentences, 攴?or 鞝曤 or 彀?or something like that...

well they say...
鞏?...=uh...
鞚?...=um...
攴鸽煬雼堦箤...=like (like in the form of "well you know..like..." when you're kind of stuttering i guess?)
鞎?.=ahh
彀?gosh
that's all i can think of lol 銋嬨厠 (o ya and they use this for something like "haha" or lol in writing.

The closest I can think of is "geul-sey" which is often used when translating things like "Uh.." "Umm.." "Like..." etc. from English into Korean. You can also hear it on the radio and TV sometimes, but I don't hear it in conversation nearly so much as you'd hear those things from an American.

I have heard people say 'cha' in a breathy fashion, or pull air in through clenched teeth.
But often, when Koreans are deciding what to say, they will stare at you blankly and say nothing. Very hard to read.

I'd go with the first answerer and we koreans do the same thing actually, except we say it differently, so ya... hm....... and we do say "geul sae" sometimes, but mostly we just stutter and say uh......... and um's.......... ^^ hope i helped^^
