Unfortunately, most Korean medical schools' lectures are taught in Korean. They use English-printed textbooks a lot though!

South Korea has 52 medical schools recognized by the WHO. Most of them are six year programs. I doubt any of them are taught in English, but you can search for yourself here: http://imed.ecfmg.org/search.asp

No foreign country follows a US curriculum and the US places much more emphasis on the basic sciences than any other country--which may become a problem for you if you were to try to come back to the US to practice. Anybody wishing to practice in the US has to pass the US Medical Licensing Exam--and the first of the exams is the hardest and it's all basic sciences. If you don't pass it, you don't get a medical license. Most foreign trained physicians really struggle with the USMLE.
