Why do so many people with no idea about Korea answer questions in this section?

I don't answer questions in sections that I have no knowledge of. Why do others feel the need?

because they think that they know something about it,eventhough they don't.and others just have the urge to answer,because they want to help!either way,they should be appreciated for trying,as long as the answer is not sarcastic or beyond the rules/guidelines in answering questions. =)

My case, I'm interested in know about other cultures and always try to leave an answer. If I don't know anything about the question, just try to answer short, just to let the one who asked the question that I'm interested in what she/he is posting.

So, you're an expert? Like one of the previous responders mentioned, you must be really "genuine." Your gunbang (-Korean) is poking the sky.

Last time I checked, the new president of ROK was Lee Myung-Bak.. and you're trailing the top answerer by quite a number of answers...
I can see why you're so frustrated - trying to make it somehow someway in this fantasy unlike the real world.
