Korean recipe of 氤措Μ氚?(Boribap) and 鞎岆哎 (AlBap)?

When I was in Korea,
I love this two delicious rice dishes.

Can someone tell me the ingredients of these two?
You are just going to mix all the ingredients in one bowl right?

I would like to suggest a visit to a Korean Import Food Store near your location. From my previous experience with some Korean Import Food Stores in Austin, Texas, the owners of the Korean Import Food Stores would likely have the ingredients for the dishes that you鈥檙e looking for.

Expressing an interest in Korean foods would likely provide the store owners assistance and/or recipes for you to make these dishes yourself.

Rigth. Bori is barley and you just mix barley and rice in a bowl.

AlBap is harder to make, I mean, getting its ingredients and cooking it is more complicated than Boribap
