if yes, where, when and what for? will abs-cbn/gma support them?

I think so, but it hasn't been confirmed yet.
Personally, I won't like abs-cbn or gma to support them because they might be "the next f4", whose popularity in the philippines skyrocketed in a few months and fell down in the next.
