there are a lot of Naruto and similar Japanese anime on www.youtube.com
as far as movies, go to a CHINESE outlet mall or plaza and you may find such movies for about $5 each....bootleg stuff.

I don't know about the anime or Korean dramas, but for American tv shows and movies, you can try the links below.
