Question on Korean Spaghetti/Noodles?

what is the name of the korean noodles with brown color, famous in Korea and often seen in korean movies or serials. It is like a spaghetti but a bit brown in color...

It may be 歆滌灔氅?Jja-jang-myun (or 鞛愳灔氅?ja-jang-myun), which is a type of 欷戫檾鞖旊Μ joong-hwa-yo-ri (Chinese dish) very popular in Korea. It's very delicious. I heard it's widely eaten in Beijing and Tianjin of China.
* It could also be 氅旊皜甑垬 mel-mil-guk-su > buckwheat noodles, used in many Korean dishes (like 毵夑淡靾?mak-guk-su, 雰夒┐ neng-myun, 氍?mook etc.) as well as Japanese.

It is most likely the buckwheat noodle, which is popular, hot or cold, throughout Asia.. the only difference in taste is the sauce. You do not need a Korean/special restaurant to get the basics: Are you in the states? Go into any restaurant with an Asian influence and order "Soba".. this is the basic buckwheat noodle.

kake soba ippai! - the japanese version

naengmyun hana juseyo! - the korean version

some people think otherwise, but those foods are delicious, especially in the winter.

well that make sense since ice cream tastes better in winter

i think that noodle should be 歆?鞛?氅?(za zang myan) english
