I am a filipina and my boyfriend is u.s, military he invites me to go what do i need to get visa for Korea?

i am going there foer a short visit only.i wanna know what necessary documents i need to provide before i go to the korean embassy.please help asap

im also a filipina and i got married to a US army in korea.what u need is a letter of invitation from him,notarized at the army legal office,his copy of deployment record from the Dept of army,xerox of his id,your passport,and yeah they might also require u to present bank papers but in my case,they didnt ask me for it.whats best is,go to the korean embassy in makati and ask them.they have a list.i dont know if im stil updated coz ive benn in korea since 2005 and im already here in the US.goodluck!

like other embassies of other countries... proof of income or capacity to pay and stay in korea. up-to-date passport. employment papers, I.T.R. , deposit certificates or bank/check books, time deposits, any land titles....you have to prove to them that u can afford to be a tourist in their country with the intention of returning back home
