No, the weather will be fabulous in late April to early may.
Actually, that would be one of the best time to visit Seoul, Korea. (Probably around 20鈩儈25鈩?68鈩墌77鈩?

Summer begins in mid June and ends in mid September. The worst time of the year is after the monsoon - July and August. The weather is scorching (hot and humid) and it is freaking unpleasant. (Maybe because I'm more of a winter person.)

Anyway, Korea's winter is usually pretty cold but it feels like Spring these days and that's weird.
