Where is a good place to go in Seoul for New Year's Eve? (Fireworks/outdoor party?)?

I am looking to go to Seoul for New Year's eve but I am having some problems finding out where there will be celebrations. I was thinking Itaewon since it's the foreigner area of town anyway. Any other ideas would be appreciated. I would prefer a big group of people (but where alcohol is easily accessible) and fireworks. Basically, is there a Times Square version of New Year's eve in Seoul??

Jongno, at the bell tower (Jong-gak, Jong-gak station on blue line #1). (Millenium Tower/Plaza) If you like being packed in and surrounded by people and fireworks (which might mean you go home with some burn marks in your clothes...lots of ppl + fire + small space = potential for bad bad things), it is the korean version of NYC's Times Square, but they ring the bell instead of dropping a ball. I did it once, lots of fun, but don't think I'd brave the crowds again~~ i'm sure alcohol would be accessible at the many convenience stores.

The night was great, there were lots of people gathering around the place where they ring the bell, great atmosphere, one of the best place to be for new year. However I want to apologise to the girl that I hurt accidentally by a camera, I hope you are ok and I apology secerely here, hope you see this one day.
