Package to korea...?

well my friend and i are thinking about sending a package to our friend in S.Korea since its almost his birthday. And we were thinking about sending him the Boys Like Girls Deluxe Edition CD. IT has not been released in Korea yet and maybe a book.

Do you think that we will get charged? If so how much?
And what are the approximate days it will take until he recieves it?

i send packages to Korea every month, it all depends on the size and weight and it usually takes 1-2 weeks, i never have any problems sending things over there.

You should not get charged anything extra for sending those items from the United States. You just need to declare on the customs form that you are sending a CD and book.

As far as how long it will take, that depends on what method of shipping you use. But standard Global Priority takes about 1 week to get to Korea from the western states in the US.

the cost depends on the weight of the package.
and it also depends on the sender how fast or long she wants it to be sent.
but for normal mail, it will take you 2-3 weeks.
even so, if it is farther than Seoul or Incheon... it will take long even you send it fast mail (10days), more than 10days.
