South Korea-is it school break on february or are there still classes ongoing?

In Korea, Spring semester begins on March 2nd. (March 1st is a national holiday!)
Some schools may begin their semester a bit earlier or a bit later and it's the closest Monday to March 1st.

Fall semester generally begins on September 1st or the closest Monday to September 1st.

Most American schools have longer summer vacation and shorter winter vacation but in Korea, we have equal amount of summer vacation and winter vacation.

still some classes and after a week spring vacation, the new semester will begin from March.

Universities have vacations from about December 15 to March 3 and June 20 to Sept 1.

it's already winter break until February. ^_^

but some still have classes. like make-up classes but only for two weeks or so.
