Which Korean artist is this and what is the song?

I remember I was on this forum for music and artists and came across this link for this korean artists.

I had his songs but once I got a new computer, the files were lost.

All I can remember is he is in his late twenties, A korean singer and he is now serving time in the south korean military.
He had this cute song where it was so upbeat and talking about 'your smile'
Do you know who he is?
Or what that song is?

Could be Kang-ta but as far as I know, he has already finished serving the required time for military service in South Korea a few years ago.
