South Korea vs North Korea - Will it ever end? Ok, I am going to be sacrificing best answer by doing this, but I think I will be able to carry on. no. because people are stupid and selfish. I suppose. Probably once the North Koreans realise the fact that communism isn't really the best political system. It will end eventually, but it is still many years away from ending. Not for a while... not because people are stupid or ignorant but real reason is that some of the world's super powers does not want Korea to be united. US is the biggest beneficiary since they can control all Asia by having troops stationed in Korea and Japan. Japan does not want Unified Korea since they do not want a country they screwed over for 50 years to come back to power and seek apologies or revenge. China and Russia does not want unification either for fearing their piece of pie (whatever that might be) will be smaller if unified Korea gets it's strength. It ended in Germany... it, too, will end in Korea. just give it time. Not in my lifetime. |
