Where can I get a Canadian Dell computer fixed in Seoul, Korea?

I am working in Korea, and my Dell broke (sidenote - don't ever buy a Dell)... where can I get it repaired, preferably by someone who speaks English?

The English-speaking part will be tricky, but if you go to Technomart at Gangbyung station (green line), there's 3 floors of people dying to help you. A lot of foreigners visit Technomart so all of them speak at least a little bit of ENglish.

Yongsan eletronics mart is another place you can go, but the place is so huge, you'd have a wander a bit carrying that cpu. I think it would be easier for you to go to technomart.

by the way, you should def. try to bargain with them. they have a tendency to go high with foreigners.

I recommend the Electronics Mart at Yongsan. It's a huge building with several floors of computers, cellphones, ipods, tvs, you name it. I have a HP laptop that I brought over from the states last year and it crashed on me twice. Since Yongsan is where the US Army base is located, you will find English speaking people at the Electronics Mart - get off at Yongsan station and look for directions leading to the Electronics Mart. Hope this helps!
