Geology Department of Presidency College, Calcutta?

Does anyone know someone in Geology Department of Presidency College, Calcutta??
I had picked up a bizarre looking rock from Rann of Kutch and I believe it is a fossil. I want it to be seen by experts, but I am scared of being ridiculed by pundits.
If it turns out to be really important, I am ready to handover it their Museum.

No dear I do not know any one in that college.
However its not necessary to check with that college only. Just try to find out any geologist in your area and check with him.
