I would like to know what success and problems that kenya has and what customs they have?

Kenya is a country of contrasts , beautiful and breathtaking landscapes, plenty of wildlife, white sandy beaches and beautiful people. The dark side is mostly in cities where there is one super wealthy part and the other part poverty stricken and living in slums.
For the last 5 years Kenya has recorded an impresive economic growth of 6%. Although the main problem is still wealth distribution , the rich keep getting richer and the poor get poorer.
The biggest challenge in Kenya is corruption both in private and public sector. Also tribalism is a problem but mostly politically driven. On the brighter side in one of the most volatile region in the world (horn of Africa) Kenya has managed to maintain peace and assist its neighbours in getting peace.
If you want to visit Kenya as a tourist then you should come 2 million visitors this year alone can't be wrong.
If you want to come for business then its probably one of the best investment destination, companies like Virgin Atlantic and General Electric have invested heavily in Kenya. Kenya is also the business capital of the greater east africa countries most multinational operating in this countries set up there headquarters in Kenya.
In Education Kenya ranks highly, it has the highest literacy levels in Africa, in fact one of Kenya biggest export is professionals and intellectuals.
All in all Kenya is a rising star in Africa the hurdles are still many but we are in the right direction so for whatever reason your question was based on just know Kenya is safe, beautiful and heading the right direction, not perfect but certainly a great country.

roads are horrid, country is lovely, and they have pretty normal customs, unless you go far from any cities.
but try to be a little more specific... what do you want to know... do you want to travel there... specific kinds of problems you want to know about etc.

Fantastic country! What do mean by sucess? Problems, of course, virtually a 3rd world country so alot of poverty, drug abuse, lots of shanty towns, roads, if you can call them that, appalling. Large cities very busy, so begging and pickpocketing a problem. Depends where exactly you are going on the type of problems you might encounter.

Success because they have a wonderful tours in jungle or Mount Kenya, with a beauty and exclusive lodges, you can find differents wild animals, to have the spectacular landscapes.
they have problems of money, because many people is poor there, you will need vaccims for avoid malary, yellow fever, hepatitis, just if you will travel to the jungle in camping.
They are nice people, but you will need to keep you about some tours, because can robe you and let you in the jungle.

you need to be more specific. i am kenyan and that question is too generalised as for any other answers you get, dont take them as gospel truth unless answered by a kenyan

just looking and read the kenyan newspaper and you got be satisfied
