There are many ways to contact someone in Kenya/from Kenya. I have family there and i can communicate with them through email, telephone, and letters. It takes longer to get the letters and they have a chance of getting stolen. If they have a computer or know someone who does email is fine. You can also buy a phone card if you have a phone. It is expensive though.

Sending letters, chatting and emailing has never been illegal in Kenya and it will never be illegal. Yes, feel free to communicate with somebody from Kenya.

Hey...Kenya like any other part of the world has different communication channels...telephone, email, mobile, fax....etc..your question is not precise..How can u communicate with who?...If you know someone and you have their contact details ...just do exactly that communicate...even mail addresses (boxes) do exists
