Is it far from hilton Nairobi hotel to Grand regency Nairobi?? It shoudl take about 10-20 minutes by car depending ont he traffic, but no its not generally very far, in the same area. They are all situated in the town centre, 20 minutes walk. Its not that far but itsall depend on the route u use if u are using a taxi the it a 5 min drive or a min 15 walk. The best route to use wld be Mama ngina streets through Wabera streets connecting to Kenyatta avenue through to Loita street and there u are in less than 5 min. They are both located in the Central Business District of Nairobi city.
