I am going to Kansas City, MO for the weekend of the 15th, I would like to find a room with a jacuzzi...?

Can't seem to find any hotels that have jacuzzi rooms - none of the travel agent's websites will tell me either, like priceline or travelocity, or even orbitz.... can someone help? I'm very fustrated.

Crown Center

I know of two for sure-Lafontaine Bed & Breakfast, and the quarterage hotel. The Lafontaine is a smaller (6 room) location (bed and breakfasts always are). The quarterage has two honeymoon rooms with in room jacuzzi's. Note that trying a full on party with lots of people will get you evicted(quick!) from both locations. If you want something private and cuddly though.....well. Both locations include a complementary breakfast(this means free.) which is quite good. The qurterage also has a free cocktail hour(well two hours actually.) and is located smack dab in westport. westport is considered the entertainment district and has many alcohol related activities within easy staggering distance. (bars close at 3 AM and open at 7AM so if you can just manage to get through those four hours you'll be fine.) Depending on what you are planning this may be something of a disatvantage. Or not. It should be noted that in spite of its location the quarterage is a classy joint. Any drunken riotous activity will get you evicted/arrested. Don't say I did'nt warn you. The rapheal is propably the best hotel on the plaza. No jacuzzi rooms alas, but still has tremendous charm and appeal. If you want to impress, its a good bet.
Other also-rans: The Phillips and The Hilton President(both luxury hotels remodeled from the 1930's or earlier.Both in downtown KC-downtown's come a long way but it's still well sparse-unless somethings happening eventwise.Then it's real cool.) and the Westin Crown Center.(very classy but I always get creeped by the fact all those folks got killed there in1981.for some reason at the hotel they never mention it.)

Any nice hotel will have a jacuzzi in the higher-end rooms. The best hotels in Kansas City are the Hotel Phillips, the President Hotel and the Intercontinental.

actually look in the surrounding citys and you can get a MUCH better deal ~!

on the kansas side in the legends there is Chateau Avalon - stayed there last weekend - loved it..

Just look up hotels in KC online. Call them and ask if they have juccuzzies. While you are on the phone with them ask them what their best rate for that weekend is. Lots of times they can give you a much better price over the phone directly than what you will get online.
