Whats the difference?

my girlfriend wants us to go to Tenerife. I want cheap, she wants luxury. I found a 3 star hotel all inclusive to somewhere called the Villa Tagiro she says it's cheap n nasty at 3 star and she won't go to anything less than a 4 star. Whats the difference anyway? If theres food and drink it's all the same to me isn't it?

OOOh... arguments before you've even lft the country! LOL
I'm afraid that there is a bit of a difference between 3 star and four star accomodation. Especially in Tenerife.

The vast majority of 3 star won't have air con- a must in summer! Standards and comfort levels should also be better in 4 star, but at the end of the day you have to book what you can afford.

Heres the reviews on Villa Tagoro: Its not bad, if you've found a good deal, then it's worth considering. It has imprived since being taken over by DreamPlace Hotels. It is a 3 star accomodation, but some operators give it a 4 as their own rating. If you can, upgrade to "Superiour" on the top floor, it's worth it.
