How to say... ..... for Idul fitri? |
What's the greeting for Lebaran? My mom told me to say "Selamat Hari Raya". I want to send my dad a greeting as he celebrates it. My bahasa is not very well. Should I just stay with "selamat hari raya"? Should I say "Minal Aidin Wal Faidzin" even if I'm not muslim. My dad is. I respect his religion. you should say it like this"Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1428H mohon maaf lahir dan batin" Selamat Hari Raya Idul Fitri 1 Syawal 1428 H Taqabalallahu Minna Waminkum... The most important thing of Idul Fitri is apologizing and giving apologize. So don't forget to say you're sorry for all things you've done. And you can say "Minal aidin wal faidzin". All my cousins and aunt said, "Minal aidin..." as the 1st word when we met. Or you can say "Selamat idul fitri", I think it's better than saying "Selamat Hari Raya". |
