Controversial Indonesian Movies in Reformasi Era (themes: human rights, sex, religion, and women's issues)

I'm writing an Indonesian novel about an indie movie director who just released a controversial film about a religious woman who was coerced by her esteemed, public-figure husband. Her trauma caused her to leave the religion which she found offered no solution--only to discover that God and His truth is the only answer. The movie seemed successful on its opening weekend and gained much praise&attention for its courage to reveal uncomfortable truths. However, it also invited much protest from religious authorities, community figures, critics etc that it lost its broadcasting permit and the production house loses its sponsor

In order to write this idea into the novel, I need some real life research. Are there any print media reports about Indonesian films(era reformasi) that were condemed/banned to the point that the production house maybe forced to close for good? Full stories about controversial Indo movies that were eventually permitted to remain broadcast for promoting good values?

i got tired reading your long posting

in reformation era medias don't get banned.
except PLAYBOY (they got all the threats, attack, until they were finally banned)

I never heard any... Indonesian movies mostly have stupid themes (horror, teenflick) rather than educative.
There was one controversial movie, "Buruan Cium Gue". But it's an another stupid teenflick anyway. Nobody likes it. The producer changed the title afterwards.
