well there is no written regulation. but lack of law enforcement in Indonesia.... means you could get trouble by individuals who can't see the essentials of fasting in Ramadhan and unfortunately there are a lot of them in Indonesia. tolerance should be conducted both ways, so people who fast should respect the one thats not too, not just the other way around

Moreover, thousands and thousands of working foreign nationals are being daily subjugated to every kind of unimaginable crap by bawling, screaming, abusive hysterical religious police hell bent on forcing their stinking religious doctrine down every non Muslim throat!

I guess not, but we are encourage to be discreet and courteous about it, after all, if we are in their shoes, we will dislike seeing people eating so heartily in front of us. Try to understand what they are going through and do as what your heart says. It is not regulation though, just a matter of manners ^^
