I am traveling to Bali, where can I get the best exchange for my Money?

I will have $USD and I want to convert it to Indoensian Rupiah.

Is a bank in Bali the best bet? How much of a processing fee will I be charged?

Just go to the bank. It will ensure you'll have original rupiahs bank notes. The rate doesn't differ so much with other outlets. And no additional cost at all.
If you go to small kiosks you'll probably have counterfeit currency.

In Bali normally will accept USD..if you want to be millionaire then change to rupiah

You can exchange in airport, hotel or bank. The best rate usually found in the little money changer kiosks that they have in the city. I think Kuta has some. The most important thing, you need to be careful when exchange your money to the kiosks. You want to make sure that the transaction is fair and they not trying to cheat you. Hotel and Bank might be a second choice.
