Wat to do in Bali for 4 days 3 nite?

Depend on what is your hobby. My last visit was also 4 days 3nites. Let me share with you about my trip activity. For the first day, we reached there quite late around 6 o'clock. So nothing much to do. Luckily we stayed in Kuta beach, best for night life. That day was Thursday, just nice is Ladies Nite. After walked around and familiar with surrounding and book the next day with local tour we heading to local famous club, Kamasutra. So one day just passed. The nexy day we woke up early and prepare ourself for White water rafting(River in Mt. Rendang). The best think with local tour is we can choose our own activities and they provide pick-up from hotel service. The journey from Hotel(kuta) to teh white water rafting location was around 2 hours. On the way, we can enjoy the scenary and can stop te driver for some photo shooting. The activity include all the equipment and the journey was 12 km. Took around 2 hours to finish. The river was not really wide but quite advanturues as we passed down 2 water fall(phewwww), and lots of big stones. It provide lunch with local buffet. Back to otel again around 3 o'clock. After changed we walked to Kuta beach for some relaxing. Around the shore they have small stall for some manicure. Just enjoy the beach and some service for pampering yourself. The third day, we have booked a half-day class for surfing. The class vary from beginner to advance. I was very satisfied with the course(Oddysses Surfing Class).Lunch provided. Back to hotel around 1.We have also booked a half day private tour around Bali. The tour guide fetch us around 2. We start from visiting Tanah Lot temple and Uluwatu Temple. We also managed to catched Bali Traditional Dance, Kecak there. At night we had a romantic dinner beside the sea shore at Jimbaran Beach. The seafood was fantastic. Very romantic with life band. The forth day we get ready for the last activity, water sport. We chose a package of three - parasailing, banana boat and jetski. The parasailing is fun. Can fly like bird and see around Island of Deva - Bali. Back to hotel and did some shopping at Kuta and ready to say bye to this wonderful island.

Do you have to DO anything in Bali????

In which area you stay? If you stay at Southern of Bali (beach) you can do anything related with water sports, sunbathing, shopping, golf, go to Uluwatu temple, Garuda Wastu Kencana. There are lots of fun and noises in Kuta, Legian, and Seminyak area. Or you can try to relax at Ubud area, Bali's inland. Ubud is the capital of art and craft. You can do activities related to nature, like hiking, cycling through the paddy terraces, rafting, or go to mountain area with breathtaking views. If you like diving, just head to North and East Coast.

I have been to Bali 5 years ago, that time we stayed for 4 days 5 nights and went to the north, Gunung Batur, which is a volcano. You can climb it in the early morning (leaving about 4am), reaching the top just before sunrise and enjoying your breakfast watching the sun rising on the lake below. After that it's a walk along the craters reaching back to the village about 11am.

Other places I visited back then was Ubud, especially loved the country side with rice paddy fields between Ubud and Gunung Batur. We were with 5 friends and rented a jeep, so we could drive around the villages. Ubud is nice for its arts and crafts and laid-back atmosphere.

We also went to Amed, where we did some snorkelling. It's probably better to go diving there or at Tulamben, as the currents are strong and not much to see near the surface while snorkelling.

Of course Kuta, Seminyak area for night life, and beaches with great surf, but also 2 temples (quite touristic though) that you can visit around there.

I'm leaving for Bali again tomorrow, going to stay 5 days, 6 nights and this time will do scuba diving at Nusa Lembongan for the first 3 days, spending another 2 days having a look around the island itself.

Anyway, lots of things to do in Bali, depending on your preferences, active or passive!
