Is there luxury accommodation or retreats in Tasmania?

I'm going to Tassie for a week but I really just wanna relax.

Many wonderful accommodation options...Contact the Tasmanian Government Tourist Centre. My suggestions include Cradle Mountain, Lake St Clair and the Country Club Casino in Launceston. There is also a retreat at Hourglass Bay which looked fantastic!

. Depends what area you want there are some nice places at Cradle mountain the lodge and the chateau

Why not google Tassie accommodation, we went there but we did a three day cruise from Strahan it was fabulous.

No there is no luxury accommodation in Tasmania as Tasmania is a third world country and every one live in tents so if you WANNA go there you will have to rough it.

All these are star rated, I am sure you will be able to find something.

I can personally recommend either the Country Club Casino in Launceston or Wrest Point Casino in Hobart. Both are lovely and the staff are very helpful.

Here are couple of good links you should check out:

http://www.woodbridgenn.com.au/ - apparently Tazmania's only small luxury hotel

Hope that helps
