Please describe a real situation where you provided customer service, which was beyond that of your normal job description. I often give my elderly customers lifts home from my pub because I know they can't walk very well and can't afford taxis. Several times as a driving instructor came up an accident called 911 Gave students extra time to help them out my boss was upset Well I was working as a screener for the TSA at Los Angeles International Airport, when this woman came back after we screened her bag and she said that she only had about 50 minutes to catch her international flight and her suitcase was overweight and she didn't have any money to buy another piece of luggage. Since the woman was afraid to miss her flight and she needed all of her things on her trip, I went over and asked the cleaning lady if she had a spare box that I could have. After I got the box I repacked some of her items into the box and I screened it myself so she wouldn't miss her flight. The woman was happy since she now had two pieces of luggage that met the weight requirement. |
