Feeling sick in the cold winter periods in MN?

I moved from ma tropical country and am just in MN.For about 4 days since i arrived i feel so sick, have headaches, feel weak at the slightest walk, feel dizzy like someone who has lost blood, feeling nausea etc. What can i do to feel better? Can it be as a result of sudden change in weather from living in a hot tropical environment and suddenly moving to -23 fahrenheit weather?Am soooooo sick, help me?

I travel a lot....some of the time....not a lot....I pick up something passed along from another passenger....like your locked up in the aluminum tube...breathing recirculated air....and you pick up something from a few rows down. Take it easy and it should cure itself.

Question....how in the world did you pick MN to relocate?

Sounds like you have the flu (influenza virus) my friend. Drink lots of water. Eat as much healthy food as you can keep down. Stay warm. Take some multi-vitamins. Maybe some aspirin will help with the headache?

Welcome to America, land of the sick. Your symptoms will pass in a few days...then you should be immune from the virus through the winter.

BTW, why Minnesota of all places?

Good luck, good health to you!

It could be hypothermia. I live at Houghton, MI where the temperatures are pretty similar (0 to -20 F). You need to be careful and avoid all stimulants like coffee. Have some spicy food stuff. That helps. Eat lots of fruits and veggies.

Sounds like stress.
