Do you need vaccinations to travel to japan?

I lived there four years and never needed one, i think its a first world country!! Anyways, there are no stupid questions, and screw all thes other @ss holes!! Have fun in japan, i love it there

There are no wild dogs and harmful insect.
But in April There are so many poleen in the air

Most of Japanese people was damaged by pollen
The damege is Can't stop tears Endress itching of eyes
Running nose Never stop snart.....etc

and off couse Influenza too

But generally No probrem at all
It's best to be as safe as possible

No but if you are going when it is hot take some anti histamine tablets ,the one a day type,and start to take them a couple of days before you go ,this will stop you having a reaction to any mosquito or insect bites.any thig else you require can be purchased from a pharmacy without a prescription.
