I Get Really Bad Car Travel Sickness Does Anyone Have Any Ideas On How To Combat It?? lol Dont go anywhere LOL Just kidding... Dramamine... Take dramamine. You can buy it over the counter at the drugstore. Ginger is said to be good. Eat something with ginger in it. Try to distract your self from thinking of the sickness, also if your the passenger try to sleep, becuase you wont relize that your getting sick or in a car, because your asleep! Also chewing gum sometimes help I recommend mint Go by train. This really works- Take an orange with you and peel it. Just sit and smell it the whole time. It does work! Dont sit in the back, never look down or read while travelling and take travel sickness pills half hour before journey! I sometimes suffer from this also. I've found that sitting in the front seat helps. I have no idea why, but it really does. If sitting up front is not an option, I use the dramamine patch that you apply behind your ear. I also don't eat before a trip, just in case. fill an empty capsule with chili powder. I do this quite a bit because I travel a lot. Dramamine works great. It has for my daughter and believe it or not my daughter's dog, pit bull. Riding in the back seat is bad and the dog always got sick till we tried this, just one and it worked and one on the way back,great!!!!! I looked on internet and searched about the dog and it said it works and sure enough it does.
