How can i aviod being travel sick on the coach??

i am going on a 2 day trip with my class and i have to go on a coach journey from chester to durham which would take about 2-3 hours.

When i usually go on trips i feel really quite sick and have once through up. i have learnt to hold it and avoid throughing up, but that was only on 1.30 hour journey and i felt terrible.

is there anyways that i can not avoid feeling so sick.

Should i eat lots or not eat anything, or anything like that.

Do travel sickness tablets really work, although i want to avoid taking them and feeling high on the journey

Traveling in a motor coach is uncomfortable for many people and you are not alone. Talk to your doctor and he can give you something to make you sleep or settle your stomach.
When sailing, I find the less food I have in my stomach, the better. Have a good trip and focus on the destination, not the trip there.

I would suggest some over-the-counter medicine for this purpose. Yes, it really does work. I don't think my daughter felt high from taking it??? Good luck to you
