Egypt, Greece, Rome Food?

Okay,

So im doing a project. i have to make a Egypt, Greece, or Rome type of food i would mostly like to do a Rome or Greece but all would be great!

I have 2 weeks so i need something to cook that is not hard and not easy? Thanks :)

My personal preference is Egyptian and then Greek. Roman is Italian and is rather common in most areas. Both Greek and Egyptian food is also much healthier.

I would say food from Greece becuz it is not only delious but healthy and easy as well. I liked this and sorry if u dont in advance! but i really enjoyed this here's the recipe. it is Greek Salad.
Horiatiki Salata
Ingredients:
1 kilo tomatoes (not too ripe)
1 medium sized red onion
1 green pepper
1 cucumber
80 gr black olives
180 gr feta cheese
dried oregano
80gr olive oil
vinegar
salt

Method:
Thickly Slice the tomatoes and the cucumber and arrange on a plate. Season with salt. Add the onion and green pepper, both sliced into rings. Arrange thick slice of feta cheese on top and sprinkle with oregano. Arrange olives on top of salad and pour olive oil and vinegar to taste.
Serves 4
