Whens the new metallica album out?

And has anyone heard any of it? Is it any good?

Stereo Warning reports that the release of METALLICA's new album has been delayed again, according to the band's record label. The band's ninth studio CD is now expected to hit the stores in September. Originally METALLICA drummer Lars Ulrich said it would be out in February, then the release was pushed back to April.

I would expect a world wide release to be around the same time. They are not gonna give everyone hints about it. Probably because of piracy, the internet, ect. The album is done. Its just a matter of time. And the rumor that it is delayed until September is a lie!! The band didn't even have a release date announced when that rumor surfaced, so how could it be delayed? The management themselves claimed that the ad from stereo warning was indeed false! Just check out the website I posted above! Its a very reliable site. And I think that this is correct. But just because it may be released in Europe, doesn't mean it will be released in the US on the same day. It could be weeks or even a month later before it gets released in the states. But it will be good! Probably the best album they have done in recent times. I'm guessing it will be the best they have done in 20 years. When I say released around the same time, I mean within a month of being released in Europe! So lets just say: The spring of 2008!!! Which isn't far away.
