Hello Macedonians?

I just want to know who are your (their) ancestors . Are they Greeks , Slavs , Bulgarians or Illyrians. Or are they mixed.

The Ancient Macedonians were Greeks.

The Macedonians today are ancestors of those Ancient Greeks. They are not ancestors of only those people, nobody can say that. As in every place of earth, peoples are coming and going and there was a lot of coming and going in the Balkans.

The ancestors of the people from Skopje, who want to call their selves Macedonians, are mostly Bulgarians. We can't say that they have nothing to do with the Ancient Macedonians though, because they may have some Ancient Greek ancestors too, like many people in this world.

My ancestors were from Mars. Now, go get lost in space Mr. Virus.
