Is it easy to find work on the Greek Islands? |
Hi i a 21yr old female from sydney australia, wanting to get work over in the greek islands for summer.....is it easy to get work without a working permit or visa, or is it best to get one prior to going over? Is it mainly just barwork avaliable, are there also watersport jobs going?? Also do many people supply accomodation - i have heard alot of jobs do include accom also?? thanks (: I had an Australian aupair last year - she got her work permit for UK and travelled there first and then came over to Greece. If you arrive in late May/ early June you'll find work easily - My aupair's friend worked on Mykonos (although you have to look a certain way for the job on Paradise beach). I doubt whether your employer will help you get a work permit - so going to UK first would be a good idea as you are allowed to work there. There is a possible availability in a bar in Corfu for the summer. Please get in touch in my mail for further information. I guess so. |
