There is a Germantown in Wisconsin ... North of Menominee Falls/Northwest of Milwaukee.

(I read your question as Germantown, too - I see there's a Germanton in North Carolina, though.)

There's one in Tennessee - it's a suburb of Memphis.

I'm guessing there are a lot of towns named Germantown, though, given how many German settlers came here.
