What is the fastest way to get from NYC to Boston? Are there any subways or trains or anything?

Fastest is to fly.
You can also take Amtrak, or the bus.
The cheapest way to go is by the Chinatown bus. There are a couple different bus lines that run NYC to Boston shuttles from NY's Chinatown to Boston's Chinatown. They used to cost just $10-20, and did the trip in about 5 hours. Not sure if they're still that cheap.

The fastest way is probably fly. However, it's not the most cost effective way.
It's about an hour and 15 mins to travel between boston and nyc (jfk) by plane.

You take the A train to boston and get off at the charles st station. :P
