What state is better...CALIFORNIA? or TENNESSE? |
I live in cali now...born and raised...but lived in TN for 2 years... and gave birth to my son there but now lived here for the past yrs... but fell in love w/tn...so what do u think? all u californians and tenneseans.... TN by a long shot. i'm from TN but my brother and i both married people from CA. they both LOVE TN. i think it depends on the type of person you are. California just seems to always be in a hurry, a lot of the people aren't that friendly (or they're stuck up), cost of living is outrageous (seriously--$325,000 for 1200 sq st, that would buy you a freaking mansion in TN) and according to my husband, most folks are wwaaayyy to materialistic. also--fairly low crime rates and much lower air pollution. In TN, well, in Middle TN anyway--we get 4 very evident seasons a year, i know very few rude people (lol), our public school systems are among the top ranked in the country (if you get outside the 3 big cities-knoxville, nashville, and memphis), cost of living is much lower and in general--it's just a nicer place to be. also, the land doesn't burn down around us with eerie regularity. i think you should bring your son to middle TN and raise him--it's a great place. feel free to e-mail me any specific questions you might have! Tennessee is ok as long as you avoid "Detroit of the South" otherwise known as Memphis. Report It CALIFORNIA BABY!!! good luck with that. i would say neither. i lived in Tn before it was nice up there. But i have never lived in Cali. I live in Texas now. California I dont live in america but i've been there a few times.. but personally i think California.. I don't live in Tennessee But I love Tennessee So much better. It's the best state I think. I go their almost every summer I've lived in TN for two years and I've visted CA and I must say TN is much better. california No question Tennessee. I live in northeast tenn and love it. We have so much to do here plus its not so busy as cali. We are just laid back and taking it easy. Come relax with us. Cali is the best state in the country. Everyone wants to move here. You don't see people lining up to go to Tennessee. California! especially san diego :) California..i was born and raised here..and i love it...i will never move to another state TENNESSE; i don't live in Tennesse; I live in NC; but have visited Tenn. a lot; my husband used to live in Cal; before me and him started dating; he lived out here then moved there and moved back home.
