What are bus companies that go from southern Minnesota to eastern Iowa?

I'm planning a trip in April.
I may not have a car by then (not sure yet) so I'm looking for other ways of transportation, just in case. I would rather not take a plane because it's only going to be a 3 hour drive.

What are busses that go from Southern Minnesota to Eastern Iowa?

I know of Greyhound, but it says there is a conflict with the transfer time I suggested. I entered in for any time, just the dates I'll be arriving and leaving. I can't change the dates..
I also know of Jefferson Lines, but it doesn't have the town I'm going to as an option.

I'd think Greyhound could refer you to a different carrier. No?

I would say Jefferson Lines, I really don't know what to say.
