What are the chances for a young Ukrainian woman to get a passport and a visa to go to the USA ?

Any Ukrainian citizen can get a passport, if they have not been convicted of a crime.

As to a visa to the US, I will quote my immigration attorney who has specialized in Ukraine/Russia since 1991: "The US embassy rejection rate for single Ukrainian women between the ages of 18-40 is 99%"

Nobody can help her get a visa, "visa brokers" and "travel agents with contacts" are scammers. Nobody can assist or expedite the visa process at the US Embassy in Kyiv.

It is probably very difficult. You don't have a passport? You have to get that first. Don't trust people who take your money and promise to sneak you into Europe of the U.S. and give you a job. I just saw a movie where these criminals do that and just steal the money and leave the people in London with no money and no job.
