Should I move to England, Ireland, or Scotland? |
I'm contemplating a move to the UK for a year or two and can't make up my mind about where to go. I'm not particularly interested in a super-metro area such as London, but a smaller urban area would be nice. Which place do you think has the best cost-of-living, sights, and decent weather? There are lots of differences, so make sure you make a throoughly informed decision. I love Scotland, like England, don't like Wales. Never been to Ireland. Southwest England probably has the best weather, although this isn't saying much! Scotland would be your best bet. Not the larger cities like Glasgow or Edinburgh because the cost of living is too high but maybe somewhere like Inverness or Aberdeen. You should move to Ireland, its great. Much better than any part of England or Scotland. The people are great, the lifestyles great and the country's great. You would probably love it. Before making a life altering decision, why not first visit all the different areas, and see what you like? |
