Where can i take my kids, that is within 1 hour drive of Swindon, UK, while my wife visits her friend there?

My wife is visiting her friend in Swindon and i dont like her so want somewhere that i can take the kids for the day.

Longleat isn't too far away from there is it?

There are some good things you can do in Swindon, depending on the age of your kids. Swindon has a multi screen cinema, bowling, laserquest, oasis swimming pool with water slides etc, or if you don't fancy that then you can go to Longleat.

Savernake Forest near Marlborough, one of the largest forests in southern England and the public has access to most of it. Take the A4 towards Hungerford from Marlborough.
On the edge of Marlborough you'll pass Savernake Hospital; about 250 yards past the hospital there is a road into the forest on your right.

go to stonehenge.get on the A30 and it will take you directly to it.
