What's Australia like?

What's it like over there? the weather ... and the cliamate... is it a nice vacation spot?

most of it is hot dry and barren (the entire inland portions!)
it is a great place to visit, but stay on the east coast from the Great Barrier reef all of the way down to Melbourne. Lots of beautiful scenery and the people are great!

It is a beautiful place to vacation to.

The north can be hot during summer, but most of the land is in the midst of a multi year drought.
