Where are the most beautiful women per capita found?

I've been all over the world and I know where I feel the most beautiful women are from, but I would like to know which country or state, province, region, hemisphere (hemisphere is pretty vague though.) you feel their from? Experiences welcome.

I think Lebanese, Syrian and Iranian women are the hottest.
I don't care much for the California blonde style.

I guess that really depends on your taste but
in and around Colombia and Venezuela women are just gorgeous.

Asian by far in my opinion. Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese and Chinese are very beautiful women.
