Has anyone used the Worldwide Travel Center vouchure?? |
I recieved this vouchure I "won" at a bridal fair and I went through this cookware presentation to recieve it. Now my fiance and I are looking into using the vouchure promising 2 nights and three days at a luxury resort. I've researched complaints and i'm scared its a scam. Even though the man assured me he had used it and it went very well. I'm worried...scam or not??? We received a certificate from the same company, don't waste your time. You go listen to a presentation and they promise the voucher. What they don't tell you is that you have to pay a $50.00 "refundable" deposit per person for the vacation. Then you have to pay another fee (our was $146.00) and complete a bunch of paperwork. We have received the paperwork back 5 times to "correct" when there wasn't anything wrong. You will also be sent tax forms stating the vacation is worth $2000.00-$3000.00 and you must claim it as a prize for that amount on your taxes. This free vacation could end up costing you more than what you would pay for it by yourself. This company is a huge scam! Never heard of it. i received mine last year at a timeshare brunch. I want to use it but i was wondering if it was a scam as well! |
