If they donated to the fare, however, you might get away with it. yes paying or not, you still need a license I drive 15 seat bus with paying customers and i dont have PCV so im not sure Yes. However, you can drive a 15 passenger minibus on a normal license. DVLA website, take a look Yes . . . Yes you need a PCV! |
