Its called Ticino and its the italian part of Switzerland. under a down comforter! inside at the moment I would think. probably to most southern part Basel Near the fireplace :D ticino is the warmest canton, its closest to italy. they even speak italian there. it hardly ever snows and has many palm trees. a good city is lugano. but its not cheap. if you want cheap, probably some cabin way up in the mountains in the german part of switzerland.
