How much money should I take with me for my trip to Switzerland?

I'm gonna spend 3 days in Switzerland.About how much money will I need?(in franc)

for 3 days, figure about CHF 500.00, plus hotel if you pay cash..

I am going there this coming week for 3 weeks, and US$ 2,000 for expense would be hopefully sufficient. Pay hotel with credit card.

100

oh well for 3 days !
take like 1,000 bucks !
you no for suverniors , restaraunts , in case you get pulled over (if your going to rent a car ) , room sevice

$2000 wud be good BUY CHOCOLTAE! iz goo

Don't take much, use a credit card for most things.
I would take about 50-100 francs per day for snacks,
tips, bus or train fare, etc.

We (a couple) too CHF 500 in cash and ended up taking another couple of hundred out, plus about a hundred Euros (we went into Germany and Austria briefly).

Many charges can be made with credit cards, so you may not need as much as this.

We took what we thought we needed, charged what we could, and withdrew extra cash as needed.

Take your credit card with you for bigger expenses and CHF 500 (USD 440) in cash.

Have fun and enjoy the time.

First of all, convert your money at the airport...the exchange will be better for you. I could easily burn through 1000 Francs if I were paying cash for food and for purchases. (Dinner for 2 people can easily run 120 Francs.) Take more $ than you think you will need. Safety is not an issue in Switzerland. Also, bring a credit card. Everything is going to be 3x more expensive than you are planning on. Your hotel, car should definitely be put on your credit card.

Over the period of 3 days, i'd recommend about $450

don't exchange money at the airport it costs allot for fees just go to the bank in Switzerland and do it for free things are expensive there but its worth it because its quality
