Buses

When you come out of the Arrivals Hall the bus stop is to the left of the building. There are two main bus routes: the number 3 runs every 30 minutes from Puerto del Rosario to Caleta de Fuste via the airport: and the number 10 is two hourly and again operates from Puerto del Rosario to the airport then to Caleta de Fuste and on to Morro Jable.

Exact times and fares can be obtained at www.tiadhe.com

Taxis in the Canaries are generally very reasonably priced, and there are plenty of them, buses where axistent tend to be infrequent.

Bus No.10 is an express service, when I last used it , it was not a frequent service. It used to run through the resort, but now only stops on the perimeter; but you can walk from there.

Take the bus if you can.. or rent a car for a few days.. there is only one road and you cannot get lost! Renting a car, will be more chill out and it will allows you to visit the entire island if you wish.. take a jeep or a 4X4.. the bus is not so confortable and the taxi is a bit expensive! www.lococar.com
